Golfer Chris Crawford’s family friend Bill Hanaghan recently suffered an ankle injury. A study by Athletics Weekly suggested that paper tape can be used to prevent blisters. They found that runners who applied surgical tape to their feet before a race are less likely to get blisters on those areas compared to areas without the tape.
